About the Project

The monitoring system for managing applications for oil transfer and transportation is an integral part of the ISUNG and is designed to automate business processes related to the creation, approval, and control of oil supply plans, as well as the management of applications for oil transfer and transportation from subsoil users. The main objective of the OTM system is to enhance the transparency and manageability of logistics processes within the oil supply chain by transitioning from paper-based documentation to electronic interaction between industry participants and authorized government bodies.

NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

JSC "SITUATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL CENTER OF THE FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN" INFORMS THAT SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN THE DATA CENTER WHERE THE SYSTEM SERVERS ARE LOCATED ON NOVEMBER 15–16, 2025. DURING THIS PERIOD, SHORT-TERM INTERRUPTIONS IN THE OPERATION OF SOME SERVICES MAY OCCUR. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Starting from December 20, 2024, oil delivery requests must be submitted using new forms, in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 191 dated May 17, 2018, and the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 276 dated April 8, 2015.
